ProductionPYP piles are manufactured under factory conditions and the layout of factory is designed with the key objectives of producing a high quality product at all times PYP piles are cast in specially designed steel moulds that facilitate the accurate placing of steel reinforcement cages and joints. Pile lengths from 3 to 12 metres can be made in the same moulds to the same strict tolerances. High strength concrete of more than 45 Mpa is mixed using state-of-art concrete batching plant which ensures consistency and uniformity in concrete mix. |
